Introduction to Sea Swimming Session

For total beginners to start their sea swimming journey with confidence, and for those who would like to update their sea safety knowledge. A fully guided session where you will be safely supported during a dip/swim in the sea, at low tide. Info and advice on sea safety, swim kit, acclimatisation techniques and tips for changing.  The session is to give you an opportunity to try sea swimming at any time of the year, and start to experience the wellbeing benefits of swimming outdoors.

Sea Confidence Sessions

Bespoke sessions to help improve your confidence in open water and help with any fears or phobias. The session is a combination of dry land and in water demonstrations, practice and advice. They can include confidence building exercises for safe entry, floating for safety, going out of depth, waves, treading water or immersing your face in the water etc. Messaging support between sessions and take-home practice drills can be included on request. 30 min sessions are available after the first 1 hour session.

Wellbeing Sessions

Fully guided sessions run throughout the year, supporting you during a dip or swim in the sea. Lots of top tips and advice so you can safely enjoy the experience and the wellbeing benefits of swimming outdoors. These shorter dips/swims can also be helpful after an Intro to Sea Swimming Session when practising using new kit and as extra support whilst acclimatising to the water.

Sighting for Front Crawl Session (swimming in a straight line)

Learn how to swim in the right direction using front crawl in the sea. How to stay on course to your destination without bumping into other swimmers, hazards or wasting your time and energy. Progress step by step to get you swimming in a straight line in open water. Messaging support between sessions and take-home practice drills can be included on request. 30 min sessions are available after the first 1 hour session.

Swim Event Prep Sessions

Guidance and advice for open water swim events. Demos and time to practice open water techniques, water entry and buoy turns in the sea. Followed by tips on kit, planning and what to expect on the day of your event (please note that sighting sessions are booked separately).

Introduction to Breathwork Course

Breathwork is a practice that focuses on conscious control and awareness of the breath for the purpose of improving mental, emotional, and physical well-being. In this introductory course, you will discover simple yet powerful techniques to use your breath as a tool for focus, stress reduction and relaxation.
During the course, you will be guided through different breathwork practices designed to expand your breath capacity, increase oxygen flow, and activate the body’s natural relaxation response. You will be guided to bring awareness to your breath and try exercises including deep diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril breathing. These techniques can help release tension, calm the mind, and bring a sense of grounding and clarity. Guided meditation complements breathwork by focusing your attention and awareness to your body to find balance.
By the end of this course, you will have a solid foundation in breathwork techniques that you can integrate into your daily life. Whether you are seeking improved focus, stress relief or relaxation, this course will equip you with the tools and knowledge to connect your breath with your body to enhance your well-being.
